Halifax Historical Dance invite you to enjoy a Regency Dance Workshop. No experience is necessary, no partner or costume is required. Just bring yourself, soft soled shoes and a drink.

An afternoon of wreath making for only £20 per person - ring, decorations and full instructions are provided - please bring your own greenery, gloves and secateurs. Linda will supply a big bag of greenery for £5 if you require it.
Community Centre kitchen will be open upstairs for help yourself tea, coffee, hot spiced apple juice and mince pies for a donation.
Our quiz night is returning in November, with Keith Foster as our guest quiz master extraordinaire. Playing for the usual modest prize, it's the bragging rights that count. The quiz starts at 7.30pm, but please do come a bit earlier for a quick game of pool or darts now that our lovely games room is open. As ever, it's BYOB, the kettle is always on, and Quiz Night pop is available from the fridge. We warmly welcome your donations of any size to help keep the Community Centre going.
Claire ran a lovely Sip and Draw night in the evening on Friday 10 October. It was a fully taught session - all art materials for drawing were provided.
The heavens opened just as the Rushcart got here, but that didn't dampen the enthusiasm inside. Revd Jeanette happily received the Rushes, and the cart pullers, dancers and supporters left well fed and off to The Alma.
